-Interactivity is the dialog between humans and the computing devices. Dialogue can be open ended or close ended, direct or indirect, and emotional or mechanical. Human factors can be based on demographics (location, race, age, gender), psychology, preferences, etc. Computing devices' identifiers can be form factor, design, aesthetics, etc.
